Stop by the Church Coatroom Boutique Resale Shop after Sunday services from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., or schedule a visit by appointment. Our boutique offers gently used clothing and accessories at affordable prices, giving items a second life while serving a meaningful purpose.
The Coatroom Boutique was created with two goals in mind: to help people recycle and reuse gently used belongings and to support the ministries and programs of our church. Every purchase helps fund the outreach and community initiatives that First United Methodist Church is passionate about.

Community Food Pantry
First United Methodist Church of McHenry has turned our curbside library into a community food pantry to help address local food insecurity. If you or someone you know needs food, stop by our “Stop and Shop” pantry in the church parking lot—it's stocked with non-perishables and open to all, no questions asked. Donations are also welcome! If you’re able, please drop off non-perishable items to help keep our neighbors fed. Together, we can ensure no one in our community goes hungry.
