Opening: "The Price of Comparison"

We wrapped up our mini series "Mirror Mirror" and the danger of comparison. In particular, we examined the concept of comparison and how it can easily lead us into lethargy. The flip side of that is being thankful and taking what we have, and doing everything in our power to make the most of it. Our text for the day was "The Parable of the Talents," located in Matthew 25:14-30. We are a fully welcoming, informal church, and we gather at 9 am on Sunday mornings.
